European Union vice president Neelie Kroes is to address the IBC conference in Amsterdam on the controversial topic of UHF spectrum usage.
The Dutch politician, Digital Agenda for Europe (DAE) since 2010, will set out the challenges ahead including her views on the internal market for audio-visual and telecoms, as well as the latest thinking on the use of the UHF spectrum band 470-790 MHz.
Ms Kroes’ contribution is part of a wider conference topic the ‘Great Spectrum Debate’ running through this year’s IBC.
The conference runs from September 11th to 15th, 2014.
