Lithuanian incumbent TEO ended the second quarter with 176,400 smart and digital pay-TV subscribers.
Its smart TV user total was 16.6% higher than a year earlier, with the service benefiting from a new user interface introduced in March.
TEO also introduced a new generation internet TV service named Interneto.tv for Omnitel customers in June.
TEO has revenues of LTL343.3 million (€99.1 million) in the first half of 2014, while its net profit amounted to LTL63.7 million.
