SPI International has completed a distribution deal with The Digital Cable Group in Switzerland to launch two sports channels – FightBox HD and Fast&FunBox HD – in the German speaking part of Switzerland.
FightBox HD and Fast&FunBox HD have been included by the DCG in a dedicated SPORTS package along with other channels covering various kinds of sports. Both SPI channels are also available in an overall Pay-TV Package.
“FightBox and Fast&FunBox channels provide their viewers with a wide, global perspective on combat and extreme sports. We are very excited to introduce these channels in Switzerland and to take the advantage of the emphasis, which our local partner, the Digital Cable Group has put on delivering content in HD format,” stated Berk Uziyel, the executive Ddrector of FilmBox International.
