M7 Group has no interest in acquiring Towercom, according to Jaromir Glisnik, a member of the board of the Luxembourg-based company.
Speaking to Parabola, he added that a change of ownership at Towercom is unlikely to have any effect on the cooperation between it and M7 Group.
Slovakia’s Towercom provides satellite services and some programming to the M7 Group, which operates a number of DTH platforms, including Skylink, at one time owned by Towercom, and CS Link in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Earlier reports have identified three companies – Alinda Capital Partners, Ceske Radiokomunikace (CRa) and Infracapital patriaca – as being interested in acquiring Towercom.
