Vintage TV is now available to viewers with an internet-connected Freeview HD or Freeview HD set-top box or TV.
The channel, which is being offered thanks to Arqiva’s Connect TV service, can be received on a range of compatible devices, though it points out that the top four TV manufacturers cover 80% of the market.
Music-based Vintage TV was launched in September 2010 and quickly gained 500,000 regular weekly viewers.
Since then, it has more than tripled its following.
Broadcast from the UK, on Eurobird 1 at 28.8 degrees East, it has until now been available on Sky 369, Virgin 343 and Freesat 515 and is now also offered in Freeview 242.
