The merger of the Polish DTH platforms n and Cyfra+ has effectively been concluded with the disappearance of the company Canal+ Cyfrowy.
Local reports say it has been incorporated into ITI Neovision and withdrawn from the National Court Register (KRS).
ITI Neovision and Canal+ Cyfrowy operated n and Cyfra+ up until March 2013, when the two platforms were merged into a new service called nc+.
As part of the agreement between the two parties, nc+ was to be eventually overseen by one company.
ITI Neovision is majority (51%) owned by Canal+, with TVN (32%) and UPC (17%) holding the remaining shares.
