Poland’s Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) has dismissed complaints by the Lux Veritas Foundation and Mediasat related to the first licensing procedure for the DTT multiplex MUX1.
The complaints had been filed against the judgment of the Warsaw Regional Court on May 25, 2012 that ruled in favour of the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) for not granting the foundation the right to broadcast its channel TV Trwam on the multiplex.
The KRRiT also refused a licence to Mediasat, which operates the channel Tele5.
However, TV Trwam subsequently secured a slot of MUX1 following as second licensing procedure.
