Intraway to show modular solutions

May 16, 2014 15.09 Europe/London By Chris Dziadul

Intraway Corporation will exhibit its modular value-added solutions at this year’s ANGA COM.

They include: Automatic Firmware Management, Complete Fraud Control, Flexible IP Version Selection (IPv6 Transition), Quality of Experience, PC-Fix and Customer Interaction Portal.

Intraway’s modular solutions facilitate telecom and cable providers with the process of updating their entire inventory of cable modems and E-MTAs distributed throughout their network with the latest, IPv6-compliant firmware provided by the component’s manufacturer.

Intraway’s Complete Fraud Control module (CFC) has been designed to provide MSOs and Service Providers with a highly effective tool to detect and prevent fraud on their networks.

The new Customer Experience Solution assists CSPs to understand the customer’s perception of how they feel after a customer service interaction and how those feelings translate directly into network metrics.

By leveraging Intraway’s PCMM Policy Server, The Customer Interaction Portal (CIP), provides operational efficiency by simplifying and automating the complex issue of handling unpaid invoices, elevated costs related to marketing campaigns and, at the same time reduces the number of required service calls.

Meanwhile, the Flexible IP Version Selection (IFIVS) presents MSOs and service providers a highly effective option to deploy IPv6 on the MSO’s network providing the operator with the necessary tools to determine which subscriber or device type should receive IPv6 addressing, IPv4 addressing or both.

Intraway will be exhibiting at booth S40.
