The Russian commercial broadcaster CTC Media is in talks to buy Caramba Media, whose interests include several information and entertainment portals and the internet TV channel CarambaTV.
Quoting several sources, ITAR-TASS and local media report that negotiations are taking place and CTC Media is considering the possibility of integrating CarambaTV into Peretz, one of its thematic channels.
However, it adds that despite due diligence having taken place, the two parties are still far from reaching an agreement.
