Patrick Tillieux has become a new board member at the Czech national transmission company Ceske Radiokomunikace (CRa).
Effective April 21, he replaces Alexander Winkler, whose term ends on April 30. According to the company, it will continue to benefit from the extensive expertise and years of experience of Winkler in its future development.
It adds that the change in the board of directors reflects CRa’s new strategy, which continues to deepen its focus on innovative services and technologies for the media, especially in connecting TV and the internet and OTT services from the Media Cloud.
Tillieux is currently the CEO and a board member at Red Bee Media. He has worked in the TV industry for a quarter of a century, joining France’s TF1 in 1989 and helping set up Eurosport between 1991-1994, after which he held a number of senior positions at TL, Canal+ and SBS Broadcasting
