Romania’s RCS&RDS has become the sole owner of Cluj Fiber Optic Integrator (CFO Integrator), a company that operates a project named DuctCity in Cluj-Napoca.
Quoting a document published in the Official Gazette, ZF reports that this follows the acquisition of 85% shares in the company held by several parties, with RCS&RDS having previously owned 15%. RCS&RDS is the leading cable and DTH operator in Romania.
Meanwhile, CFO Integrator secured a 20-year licence in 2008 to build and manage an underground fibre-optic network in Cluj-Napoca.
