Accedo has announced that its TV Everywhere platform is powering Sky Deutschland’s Snap by Sky service for Android devices.
This latest deployment enables viewers to access Sky content on their Android mobile device: from April, Snap is available for the Samsung smartphones Galaxy S III and Galaxy S4, as well as tablets Galaxy Tab 2 and Galaxy Tab 3.
From last December, the Accedo TV Everywhere solution is powering Sky Deutschland’s Snap by Sky service for Samsung Smart TVs.
“The Snap by Sky service further builds on Sky Deutschland’s position as the leading OTT Pay TV provider in Germany and Austria, giving subscribers access to a wide range of high quality premium content,” commented Michael Lantz, CEO, Accedo.
