The leading Ukrainian operator Volia has suspended the distribution of the Russian channels NTV Mir, RTR Planeta and the First Channel.
In a statement, it says this in accordance with a ruling by the Kyiv District Administrative Court on March 25.
Volia adds that it is in urgent talks with other channels and will shortly ad the services Dohdz, Espreso TV and Trophy to its offer.
Dohdz is a Russian new channel that has recently courted controversy in its home market and Espreso TV a Ukrainian news-and information-based channel.
Trophy, on the other hand, is a hunting and fishing channel.
