The Polish cable operator Multimedia Polska is to hold an IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (GPW).
It will involve the sale of shares by M2 Investments Limited, Tri Media Holdings Limited, Dunaville Trading Limited and the Anetta Kolasinska and partners Collegium, who hold a combined stake of 49.2% in the company.
The IPO, which will take place in Q2 this year, market conditions permitting.
It be coordinated by UBS Limited and also involve UniCredit and Raiffeisen Centrobank.
Multimedia Polska vies with Vectra for the position of second largest cable operator in Poland, with UPC Polska the market leader.
