The Polish DTH platform nc+ has added da Vinci Learning to its offer.
Starting today (March 18), the channel, which offers high-quality knowledge programming and awarded education series and documentaries for children and adults, can be received by subscribers to the platforms’ Universe+ and Extra+ packages.
Da Vinci Learning has been available in Poland for the last eight years and nc+ will increase its footprint by 2.2 million homes.
It currently reaches 15 million homes across CEE, CIS, Asian and African countries.
Commenting on the development, Ferdinand Habsburg, the channel’s MD, said he was happy to see that new opportunities arise in Poland, one of the first markets where Da Vinci Learning started airing and that “more families in Poland will be part of the life-long learning. Passing the message that learning can be fun onto future generations is very important. It’s a great opportunity to be able to feed the appetite for knowledge as well as turn watching television into a meaningful experience.”
