Poland’s Competition and Consumer Protection Court (SOKiK) has upheld a fine of PLN486,254 (€115,000) on the cable operator Vectra.
It was initially imposed on Vectra by the competition authority UOKiK in September 2011 for its subscribers about changes to their terms and conditions only after they had come into effect.
The court’s decision is not final and can be appealed by Vectra, which is one of the country’s largest operators.
