ProSiebenSat.1 has completed the sale of its TV stations TV2, FEM 3, PRO4 and Super TV2 in Hungary.
As previously announced, they were taken over by the management team in a buyout in December 2013.
ProSiebenSat.1 first made public its intention to sell its CEE TV and radio holdings when it disposed of its Northern European portfolio in December 2012.
Its aim was to concentrate on the expansion of its German speaking TV and digital business.
