Maghreb TV, a dedicated Moroccan channel from Belgium, is launching Maghreb TV-Sat on the Galaxy 19 and Nilesat satellites.
Until now, the channel has only been available on cable and IPTV in Belgium, but is now extending its coverage area to Europe, the Arab world, the US and Canada via the two satellites.
Programming will consist of content from Maghreb TV Belgique as well as additional programming offering “an independent and pluralistic view that aims to promote the link between Moroccans of the world and their countries of origin Morocco.”
Founder and CEO is the presenter Mohammed Tijinni, who promises “a channel without tabus”.
