Romania’s National Audiovisual Council (CNA) has published a list of must-carry channels for cable operators in 2014.
Produced in accordance with Article 82 of the Broadcast Act, it includes the main channels of the public broadcaster TVR (TVR1, TVR2, TVR3 and TVR News), along with regional services; TV5, due to a long-standing agreement between Romania and France; and 31 private stations, selected according to their annual ratings.
Mediafax reports that operators will, unlike last year, now be required to also distribute the channels Digi 24, Mynele TV, Trinitas TV, Speranta TV, Alfa Omega T, Credo TV and Travel Mix.
The list is valid until January 15, 2015.
