NatGeo People is launching on April 5 in Germany on the cable nets of Kabel Deutschland and Unitymedia KabelBW.
National Geographic Channels is replacing its current NatGeo Adventure in 50 countries world-wide with NatGeo People. “German people are among to first to see the new channel.”
The new channel will offer “unfiltered, intimate access to the true, amazing and inspiring stories of real people all over the world.” Nat Geo People will feature stories of notable individuals and fascinating subcultures found across the globe through programmes such as David Rocco’s Dolce Vita, Food Lover’s Guide To The Planet, Ladyboys, Don’t Tell My Mother and Hook, Line & Sisters.
