The Polish cable operator Vectra will add two more channels to its offer this coming Sunday, January 12.
The first – the 24-hour news and information-based Republika – will be made available in in the digital package Platinum for no addition fee.
TVP Sport HD will meanwhile be placed in the Gold digital package, also for no additional fee.
With the introduction of TVP Sport HD, Vectra’s HD offer will increase to 48 channels.
Vectra claims to be the second largest cable operator in Poland in terms of subscriber numbers, with 870,000 in 176 towns and cities throughout the country.
A quad play company, its offer includes internet access at up to 320 Mbps and such additional services as VOD, TVOnline, PVR, multiroom, HBO Go and the music-based Mood.
