UPC Romania has added the online on demand service HBO GO to its offer.
As of December 13, its subscribers have access to over 1,500 hours of HBO premium content from HBO Romania (HBO TV series, HBO original productions, films, documentaries and special programming) on PCs, laptops, tablets and smartphones.
Commenting on the launch, Robert Redeleanu, CMO, UPC Romania, said: “65% of internet users go online for video streaming, and the importance of this service has increased significantly in the last years. HBO GO is an alternative watching option which our clients have long been waiting for because it offers mobility, flexibility, exclusive content and previews – in short, a multi-beneficial digital experience.”
HBO GO’s main attractions are the impressive collection of films and series offered to subscribers, along with the possibility of watching premium content before its release on HBO or any other channel.
The service can be configured on four different terminals and offers subscribers the possibility to change the language and subtitling settings and to pause and restart the programmes.
Furthermore, it offers a parental control function.
