Poland’s National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT) has imposed fines on Eska TV and Polo TV for violating rules pertaining to advertising and product placement.
This follows a decision taken by Jan Dworak, the head of the KRRiT, after having examined data on the two music-based channels produced by Nielsen Audience Measurement earlier this year.
In both instances, the fines total PLN10,000 (€2,390).
Eska TV and Polo TV are both operated by ZPR and distributed on Poland’s first DTT multiplex.
