management, payment and billing, CDN delivery of all content, call centre and distribution of boxes across Europe.
Sun TV’s Director Yasothera Renganathan: “We are pleased to partner up with Cloudio TV to continue to bring our content outside of India in the form of this exclusive partnership. Cloudio TV has demonstrated that they are at the forefront of technology and offers us an end-to-end solution that meets all our requirements, most importantly, the security of our content. They will be providing the Sun TV channels and VOD content exclusively to our subscribers across Europe and Middle East.”
“We are delighted and proud to be chosen as the exclusive supplier of all aspects of the service and are looking forward to seamlessly migrating the current satellite Sun TV customers to our service,” said Cloudio TV’s CEO David Vargas-Racero.
“We’ve already started after a successful test period and expect to finish by Q1 of next year. We felt that the key to winning this business was our ability to work within tight schedules and budgets across a variety of devices.”
Sun TV Networks Europe Limited is the sole supplier of Sun TV’s channels across Europe, the Middle East and Australia. It currently provides six channels on satellite.
