Finnish telco DNA has reported steady sales in the third quarter as the company integrates DTT platform PlusTV into its portfolio of services.
In the four months to September 2013, Net sales increased by 1.2% to €191.5 million (€189.2 million). EBITDA decreased by 7.9% to €48.8 million, but there was a significant fall in operating profit of 38.9% to €12 million, due to an increase in depreciation and non-recurring items.
The Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority approved the acquisition of PlusTV in August and PlusTV became a full subsidiary the following month, gaining 200,000 more pay-TV customers.
