KPY Sijoitus Oy, the fourth largest shareholder in Finland’s DNA, is to sell its shares to Finda Oy and PHP Holding Oy.
The total price of the shares sold by KPY is €103.0 million, representing €93.70 per share.
Finda Oy is DNA’s largest shareholder and will now hold 39.05% on the telco to cable operator.PHP Holding Oy will become DNA’s second largest shareholder with 26.24%.
The next largest DNA shareholders are Oulu ICT Oy (22.17%) and Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company (5.01%).
