Telekom Slovenije’s Supervisory Board has approved the sale of its Albanian subsidiary Primo Communications.
According to the company, it forms part of the implementation of a strategy that sees the consolidation of its companies and interconnected activities.
The Supervisory Board has also extended the mandate of Igor Bohorc as head of its triple-play subsidiary Blicnet in Bosnia & Herzegovina.
Telekom Slovenije says that the priorities of its business plan for 2013 remain the stabilisation of revenues and reducing costs.
