Chellomedia’s premium channel bouquet Film1 has launched on KPN’s three IPTV services in The Netherlands, KPN Interactieve TV, Telfort and XS4All.
Retailing at €15 a month, the plaform’s customers can now subsribe to the five- channel multiplex, consisting of Film1 Premiere, Film1 Action, Film1 Comedy & Kids, Film1 Spotlight and Film1 Sundance. Subscriptions also give unlimited access to the Film1 On Demand service.
KPN was one of the few Dutch platforms were Film1 was not available. Will Moerer, VP, Film1/Sport1, said in a statement: “I am pleased that Film1 is also now available at KPN, Telfort and XS4ALL. KPN Interactieve TV was the only platform on which Film1 was still missing.”
In a related development, Chellomedia revamped its Film1 multiplex, naming its five channels Film1 Premiere, Film1 Action, Film1 Comedy & Kids, Film1 Spotlight and Film1 Sundance, each with their own identity.
