Xstream, a provider of OTT and TV Everywhere services, has appointed Peter Baungaard Holmelin, as CTO.
Baungaard Holmelin will be responsible for developing new product opportunities and providing technology leadership throughout the company.

Peter joins Xstream from Netop Business Solutions, where he was VP of development.
