The Slovenian alternative telco Amis has been put up for sale for in the region of €30 million.
According to Finance, the Maribor-based company posted a profit of €600,000 in 2012 despite having previously operated at a loss for several years.
It is backed by the investment funds KBC (Belgium) and Iris Capital (France) and also has a presence in neighbouring Croatia.
Both Slovenia and Croatia have highly developed IPTV markets in which Telekom Slovenije and Hrvatski Telekom are the respective leading players.
