Debut for new Czech channels

September 9, 2013 09.45 Europe/London By Chris Dziadul

Relax-Rebel-RetroThe Czech Pohoda Group now has three TV channels in its portfolio.

Starting from today (Monday, September 9), the group, which is owned by the entrepreneur Radim Parizek, has re-launched its former flagship service TV Pohoda as Relax and at the same time given a debut to a new rock music-based channel named Rebel.

Its third channel, now known as Retro, was formerly called Retro Music Television.

Retro is distributed by Astra 3B at 23.5 degrees East and available to Skylink and CS Link DTH Digital package subscribers.

Relax and Rebel, on the other hand, are FTA services, also distributed by Astra 3B at 23.5 degrees East.

All three channels are in addition available to Czech DTT viewers via the fourth national multiplex and regional multiplex 7.
