TDF appoints Bastian Manintveld

September 5, 2013 08.58 Europe/London By Robert Briel

Bastian ManintveldTDF has appointed Bastian Manintveld as head of M&A and business development of its media services division.

The appointment of Manintveld signals a focus on growth for TDF Media Services whose footprint includes more than 500 employees across nine countries.

I am honoured and excited to lead the M&A, business development and partnership efforts of TDF Media Services, one of Europe’s leading media services companies,” Manintveld said, “I look forward to working with the Media Services team to help grow and consolidate our leading position in the media services market.”

Most recently, Manintveld was a Founder of BeBanjo, a software company that develops tools for teams managing on-demand services, which was acquired by the TDF Group in 2011.

Julien Seligmann, CEO of TDF’s media services division said, “Bastian is a well-connected, visionary leader in the television industry. I look forward to working with him to enhance our product and service offerings for our over 1500 customers.”

“The media services market is increasingly shifting to digital and non-linear technology, products and services. We’re very well positioned to address both linear as well as non-linear service requirements. We have an excellent international team, a strong European footprint and a full service offering for broadcasters, pay TV operators and MSO’s. There is a lot to do and I can’t wait to get started,” Manintveld said.
