Modern Times Group (MTG) is understood to be looking into the possibility of leaving the free-to-air TV market in Latvia next year.
DB reports that the reasons for such a move are the current confusion in the advertising market, along with copyright issues that may affect the business.
MTG currently operates the channels TV3 and LNT in Latvia and according to DB they may become available as free services over the internet from next year.
