Poland’s leading DTH platform Cyfrowy Polsat has experienced a technical fault, resulting in viewers not being able to receive some TV channels it distributes.
In a statement, the company thanked its customers for the quick manner in which they informed it about the fault, which has now been rectified.
The fault became apparent when viewers saw the message “this channel is not found in your subscription” despite having already paid for the service.
Cyfrowy Polsat ended the first quarter with 3,555,806 pay-TV subscribers.
It is due to reports its second quarter and half-year results later this month.
