Slovenia’s leading cable company Telemach has acquired a smaller operator named Kabel TV.
Although Telemach has provided no details about the financial terms of the deal, it says that Kabel TV customers will be able to receive the full range of services now offered to its own customers.
Prior to being sold to Telemach, Kabel TV was owned by Majtaz Arzensek and Janez Vahen, with each holding a 50% stake in the company.
