The Weather Company has launched the Weather Channel app for smart TVs in Europe.
Available on LG sets both on the continent and in the UK, it features live TV, weather forecasts, severe weather reports, latest videos and user-generated content.
The app is already available globally for mobile and tablet devices and online at weather.com. The Weather Channel also has a set-top box app available on Orange Livebox Play in France.

The smart TV app joins a long list of apps already available from the Weather Company. In the case of the Weather Channel, they are offered in up to 40 languages on every platform.
