Sky Italia has consolidated its programming structure into a single group led by Andrea Scrosati who has been appointed EVP, programming.
Scrosati will lead Cinema, Entertainment, Partner Channels and Sky TG24. Sport content will remain a separate group.
This structure follows a model already adopted by News Corp in the UK and in Germany.
Sarah Varetto, appointed Vice President News, will continue leading the Sky TG 24 channels.
“Sky boasts a wealth of outstanding premium content, but it still has great potential for further improving its quality and investing in new TV formats,” said Andrea Zappia, CEO of Sky Italia,
