Chello Central Europe has secured exclusive broadcast rights to Kontinental Hockey League (KHL) matches in Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia for the next three years.
The matches will be shown exclusively in Chello Central Europe’s Sport1 and Sport2 channels in HD.
Commenting on the deal, Levente Málnay, CEO of Chello Central Europe, said: “We are delighted to announce the renewal of our partnership with KHL. This will ensure that hockey fans in the region will continue to enjoy access to Europe’s premier club hockey competitions through our extensive coverage. Chello Central Europe has always highly valued the KHL competitions. We very much look forward to continuing our relationship in the 2013-16 rights cycle.”
