Chellomedia’s Dutch premium sports channel Sport1 has launched its TV Everywhere app for Android, Sport1 Go.
The app is now available for download in the Google Play Store. The app is designed for tablets and makes it possible to watch Sport 1 Go 24/7 everywhere in the Netherlands. The Apple iPad version has been around for some time.
The new app makes it possible to watch events such as the MotoGP, Formula 1 and Wimbledon on tablets with Android 4.0 or higher. During live football matches can be called a rich timeline open. This allows you to immediately look at goals, maps and arrangements of both teams.
The app offers live streaming of the full Sport1 multiplex as well as an extensive on-demand offer. There is also sports news, live scores and the Sport1 programme guide.
