The successful conversion of test households into paying customers is providing the platform with an optimistic outlook.
As of March 31, 2013 the number of active HD+ households, both those paying and in a trial period stood at 2,892,163.
Wilfried Urner, CEO, HD+ said: HD+ has made an excellent start to the year. We targeted an annual growth of 25%, which has not only been met, but exceeded. Therefore HD+ remains on a clear growth path.
Nearly three and a half years after the November 2009 start HD+ is offering 15 private free-TV broadcasters. A further 22 can be received without further charge.
