Swedish cablenet Com Hem has signed a framework agreement with the local communications provider Zitius.
It means TV, broadband and telephony services from Com Hem will be made available in metropolitan areas where Zitius serves as the communications operator.
“This type of collaboration is a perfectly natural development for us provided we can guarantee a high level of customer experience. It’s something we feel entirely secure in that Zitius meets all the demands we make on a communications operator,” says Stefan Trampus, sales and marketing director at Com Hem.
Com Hem is one of the leading providers of TV, broadband and telephony in Sweden with around 1.75 million households connected.
