TV broadcasting frequencies will be changed throughout most of Lithuanian this month and in June.
According to TEO, this will be the second stage of a process being implemented in order to further develop digital TV in the country, the first one having taken place in February and March in the west, north-east and south-east of Lithuania.
The move is in accordance with digital TV development plan approved by the Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA), according to which the Lithuanian Radio and Television Centre and TEO are obligated to implement the change.
The change will affect both the users of free digital TV channels and the DVB-T service Digital Gala provided by TEO.
