Lithuania’s Mikrovisata had revenues of LTL78.471 million (€22.271 million) in 2012, or more than double those a year earlier.
At the same time, according to company records quoted by VZ, its net profit increased by 3.4 times from LTL1.859 million to LTL6.421 million.
Much of this growth, says the company, was down to Lithuania’s transition to digital broadcasting, which was completed last year.
The company’s exports grew from LTL6.853 million to LTL34.871 million in 2012 and it expects to make LTL 60.85 million in revenues and a net profit of LTL3.49 million this year.
Kaunas-based Mikrovisata was founded in 1992 and is a leading developer of satellite and terrestrial TV reception equipment.
