UPC DTH has launched a new Facebook e-care app for freeSAT in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and UPC Direct in Hungary.
The app, which joins a number of previously announced tools including Skype and call-me-now, as well as the local websites to contact customer care; optional payment tools including mobile payments; and Facebook tools including dealer interactive locators aims to support customers with improved services and e-care through Facebook.

Luxembourg-based UPC DTH operates platforms in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Romania.
As of the end of 2012 they had a combined total of over 700,000 subscribers.
