Montenegro will begin the switch from analogue to digital broadcasting at the end of this summer.
By then, according to Telecompaper, the installation of digital equipment in the country will have been completed.
There will be a six-month period of simulcasting, with digital services being introduced on a region-by-region basis, and ASO should be completed by June 2015.
In the meantime, the cost of DTT set-top boxes is expected to fall from the current level of €50-60 each.
