24Kitchen, one of the main lifestyle brands in Fox International Channels (FIC) portfolio, is expanding out of the TV screen with additional content through the 24Kitchen Recipe of the Day app.
The app, now available on iOS and Android devices, delivers free daily recipes with video instruction and an interactive shopping list.
The Recipe of the Day app provides a simple and easy way to enjoy good food and is available for free. The daily recipes are easy to understand and the supporting video instruction gives valuable cooking tips for the users.
“We’re excited to give viewers easy access to a new 24Kitchen recipe everyday” said Sergio Falcon, FIC’s VP, digital media, Europe. “With video instruction from 24Kitchen chefs and interactive shopping lists, the mobile app makes cooking simple, bringing healthy, delicious recipes to our viewers.”
Along with access to that week’s free recipes, users can extend the Recipe of the Day app’s to a premium level for EUR0.89. Among the extras included in this premium version, users will be able to save any recipe to their own personal digital cook book and have unlimited access to past recipes and videos.
The app is already available in The Netherlands, where more than half a million people have already downloaded the app. It is also launched in Portugal and is being implemented in other 24Kitchen markets such as Turkey, Bulgaria, the Balkans, and Finland.
