Spain’s leading cable operator Ono now has over 150,000 subscribers to its TiVo service.
The rapid take-up of the service, which is available from only €5 a month, is largely down to the fact that is now available on the operator’s entire fibre-optic network, thereby reaching over 7 million households.
Satisfaction rates for TiVo are now running at over 92% and the serviceis enhanced with Videoclub, which offers over 2,500 hours of content, at least 75% of which is free.
Ono has also consolidated its position as one of the leading providers of convergent services in Spain, with 500,000 customers now using its Ono Mobile service.
Just in the last 12 months, the service has acquired 322,000 new customers, increasing its base by 160%.
Ono charges its customers from €5 a month for Ono Mobile and offers up to 1GB of data.
Its quad play includes broadband internet access at up to 100 Mbps.
