Julien Verley, the president of nc+, has taken the extraordinary step of writing an open letter to the unnamed founder of Anty nc+, a Facebook page criticising the new Polish DTH platform.
In it, he says he is hugely impressed by him and the Anty nc+ community, and would like to meet and enter into constructive talks to discuss all the observations and questions raised by the fan page on Anty nc+ since the platform made its debut on March 21.
He also invites the founder to come to nc+’s offices in Warsaw at a time that is convenient to them, adding that the founder’s actions are inspiring.
The new platform has come in for strong criticism from its customers, who say they are being offered less for more money than they were previously with n or Cyfra+ and forced to enter into unfavourable contracts.
