Stoneroos launches Deutsche Glasfaser app

February 27, 2013 11.33 Europe/London By Robert Briel

Deutsche Glasfaser tabletHilversum-based Dutch app developer Stoneroos has launched the Deutsche Glasfaser app for Android and iOS.

Following the Glashart Media and iFanzy tablet apps, the Deutsche Glasfaser app for Android and iOS is the third application from the modular TV Companion App from Stoneroos.

German ISP Bornet has the scoop and is offering its subscribers a TV guide with live TV in a single attractive app.

Customers can now watch 12 channels live on their tablet. The comprehensive EPG programme overview offers the option to set reminders, and has a seven-day TV schedule.

Users can choose to only their favorite channels and are able to share programmes via Facebook, Twitter and email. A search module is also part of the app.

The programme data are supplied by Stoneroos subsidiary EPGdata. In the Netherlands Glashart Media has been using for the past year comparable data, which for the tablet apps are enriched with information about second screens from the broadcasters and social media integration.
