Strong will supply two HD satellite Fransat receivers with access to the BeIn Sport channels.
BeIn Sport France has selected Strong as its major partner to support the service with two digital HD satellite receivers. Since the summer of 2012 the broadcaster has operated two channels in France: b BeIn Sport 1 and BeIn Sport 2.
The Al Jazeera-owned broadcaster holds the rights to broadcast major association football tournaments including French Ligue 1 and Ligue 2, the UEFA Champions League, the Europa League, together with the NBA, the NFL, the ATP Tour and other major sports events.
Bertrand Radiguet, managing director of Strong France, said: “We are very proud of the partnership. BeIn Sport broadcasts the biggest events guaranteeing exciting moments and great sport entertainment.”
To access BeIn Sport via Fransat, Strong offers two HD receivers including a four-month subscription to the two sports channels; they are the Thomson HD satellite receiver THS802 and the Globsat HD satellite receiver GS2000.
Both receivers are Fransat approved and offer access to all the Fransat channels, which was expanded with six new HD channels in December 2012.
